This year we are bringing out the "Fun" in Funmertime, er,... We mean Summertime!

Your child does not have to be an AIKIDO HEIWA dojo member to participate in our Youth Summer Camp. This week long event is open to all folks. Families are encouraged to participate as well. We love it when parents join in to have fun with their kids.

Our students are of course welcome and will be helping out as well.

Your child will get an introduction and some basic techniques of Aikido every day, in addition to healthy exercise, coordination building exercises, games and activities. We also will be doing outdoor activities and games, typical of summer day camps, as well as some pretty unique teamwork building activities. We will do some sports as well, and we have guest instructors in the works to come teach some Japanese cultural Arts like Calligraphy and Tea Ceremony (Shodo, and Chado.)

For new folks to our school or guests the cost for the week is only $150

No special uniform or gear is required. Clean, comfortable clothes are just fine.

Our students are eligible to attend for $110. *

HOURS: 9am until Noon, Mon, July 12 - Fri, July 16th.
Additional camps may get scheduled in other weeks if there are enough requests.

Drop off between 8:45 and 9am. Pick up after 12pm. (No later than 12:20pm)
Usually we will start and finish the day at the school, but some events may have us meet at a nearby park or at a nearby beach, possibly. Weather and parental cooperation will determine those events.
